The nurse practitioners at Cornerstone Primary Healthcare are trained to diagnose and treat both urgent/acute and chronic health issues in patients 12 years and older. They also perform yearly routine annual physicals and sports physicals in addition to well-woman/PAP exams. Our healthcare providers give the full extent of medical care but with the heart of a nurse.

Same day appointments are often available.
